BluWater Goes Green
People concerned with ecology are trendsetters.
In America alone, 85% of the ecology-minded public would switch brands for environmental reasons. For that reason, we're seeing architectural, design, construction and paint industries responding to find ways to accommodate their eco-friendly customers.
BluWater knows how important it is to follow the decorating trends while staying ahead of industry regulations regarding VOC (volatile organic compound) levels in the glazes, colorants, and our plasters. Instead of reacting to eventual government mandates, we are one of the few decorative finishing studios that train with the newest green products.
"Green" standards are still fairly nebulous and vary from state to state. Modern Masters, based in Burbank, California, is dedicated to manufacturing and labeling their "green" products according to California's strict EPA regulations. Their Platinum Line of eco-friendly materials recently --made specifically for decorative finishers--includes plasters and colorants low in VOCs, all of which are hardy, durable, and have amazing capabilities.
